Anyone else with issues yesterday?

Around 3:00pm my remote would not turnoff hopper, could not watch any recorded program (error 2429)
Did all the resets unplugging ect. Called support spent 30 minutes with the first person, he first said
Dish updated their software so the power button would no longer work, they either hung up or connection dropped
Another hour with the next one finally got it fixed..no idea what the issue was.

Could be remote going bad or weak batteries. I am facing similar on and off issues currently and holding out as long as I can before replacing the remote. Mine is definitely the remote.

No i want a hopper 4 .. if the specs are as was said on a reddit post . a hopper that serves snacks and adult beverages would be awesome .. but we know there's no such thing as a hopper 4...
i remember a post on reddit saying something about a hopper 4 with a 4TB M.2 drive 32 tuners and more ram than the hopper 3 . but we know there's no hopper 4 coming out!!!

No issues with our hopper 3!!! knock on wood ... only our 4k joey would lag alot but the joey 4 is amazing
