Anyone get a call to upgrade to 921?

I got a call from Dish a couple days ago to upgrade to the 921 for $549, he said they were running a special now. Has anyone else gotten this call? It's still way too expensive for me. I currently have the 811.

Yes, I got the same call yesterday.

It was touted as a special deal, $450 off at $549. I politely informed the sales rep that the MSRP had been lowered to $549, and they weren't giving me special treatment. I did offer to allow them to send me one at $450 off the current MSRP, but they wouldn't let me have it for $149.

It was worth the try

My wife got the call and told the rep that she works at RadioShack and could get it for the same price there minus her employee discount so....no thanks.

The rep wouldn't take no for an answer so she told him to call back at a later time and talk to me
