Anyone having signal troubles with 119?

The past few days I have been having some major signal problems with 119, this morning transponder 3 was at 48 and now it is at 13, transponder 1 was at 71 and now it is at 48. The Signals from 110 don't change, and 129 fluctuate witch is normal for 129, any ideas whats going on, I am assuming that it isn't a widespread problem as I don't see anything on the forums.

yes my locals are on tp3 which is how I started watching the signal on them as my locals were cutting out, seems kinda weird that they would drop that much though doesn't it?
