Anyone in Hermann, MO getting St Louis Locals?

I have a friend whose parents live in Hermann, and they can't get any OTA reception at all since the digital transition. TV Fool confirms this. Apparently, E* has told them that they can't get St Louis locals - only Columbia/Jefferson City. I looked at a DMA map, and they are clearly in the St Louis DMA (Gasconade County). Anyone have any insight? TIA.

If they are in The St Louis DMA, then E* has to give them St Louis locals.

Thanks for the replies. Turns out they're across the river, in Montgomery county. That's in the Columbia/Jeff City DMA. I told him to have them "move" into town (Hermann), and everything should be fine.
