My February bill with the $10 HD Pak price increase on it, had a COUPON for $10 Off. I am waiting for my 10-$10 rebate to start from my 622 upgrade. Is this coupon how they do the 10-$10 off rebate, or is this additional to the rebate and the 10-$10 off rebate should start showing up on my bill automatically? I called last month to check on my $10 rebate status after receiving a letter that my account number was not valid. Rep said it was a computer error and they would correct.. yeah right..

hey grantsa, did you post this in the general cable/satellite forum? I think you will get more hits..plus it will be better organized instead of trying to keep track of 4 different threads. just a suggestion!
