So it pretty much is a 111!

It adds composite outputs and deletes the phone connection/modem.

At least they rebrand them for Bell ExpressVu when they send them to the great white north. Last time I looked at Bell's website, they were only offering two receivers a HD receiver (I guess it's a rebadged 211 or 222) and the HD PVR, (probably a 722 derivative).

I loved the 942 receiver and owned two of them. I would of stayed with them if they still supported them.

Too bad it didn't do mpeg4/8psk. It was probably one of the best dish receivers I ever owned

It was just an mpeg 2 622. But yes, it was a good receiver.
