Hopper Plus - Anyone able to use the "Google Chromecast Built-In" feature?

One of the features for the Hopper Plus is:

"Google Chromecast Built-In
Cast content effortlessly. Users can beam photos, music, videos, and presentations directly from an Android or iOS smartphone or tablet straight to the TV screen."

Anyone here with a Hopper Plus able to cast to it currently? I can see the Hopper Plus in apps like Youtube but the connecting will just time out and never connect. Google Home app is not showing the Hopper Plus either. My Google Chromecast Ultra works fine for casting and also shows up in Google Home app.

Seems like the Google Cast feature on my Hopper Plus is not working as the Hopper Plus shows up as a casting device except it is unable to connect. It does disappear as a when the Hopper Plus is doing the nightly reboots. This is a Hopper 3 with H711 software and Hopper Plus with P15317 software. I could not tell if this feature is broken for me only or for others as well as no one here seems to be using the Google Cast feature on the Hopper Plus based on the non-response of this thread. My Google Chromecast Ultra on the same network is working without issues for casting.
