My moms new house already had coax ran into the house for antenna and cable. When we set up directv we just ran the the 4 lines from the phase 3 dish and connected them to four inplace coax lines and ran a 2nd line to the tivo from the guest room. Mom will not let me drill in the floor or the wall but wants the coax running across the floor gone. Can I get a simple multi switch to work by connecting the single line coming strait from the dish behind the tv into the switch. If this would work it would be a lot easier for me than having to rework the exisitng system. Any advice would be appreciated.
