Fios Is Wiring all the Houses in brooklyn..they are not Wiring APARTMENT BUILDINGS IN BROOKLYN NY.......they might not even get to wire apartments till a year or two from now..............

The buildings have to sign right of way agreements with Verizon, otherwise Verizon cannot go into a building a wire it up for FIOS!
