Apparent Problem with HDMI output onHR21

I just had a new install with a new HR21-700. I was getting pixelation randomly on different HD channels. After talking to tech support the CSR confirmed D was having issues with the HDMI output. She said they were working on a software fix and had me switch to component cables. So far this seems to have resolved my problem.
