Ok just found this on IA5 12060 2200 H 3/4. Sounds like packet radio but it is not, can't find anything to decode it.

Have fun.

When I found that a while ago, I discovered that there's an Apple Beeper pager company somewhere. Since I don't think pagers decode DVB-S, I suspect that this is a feed to a remote transmitter site. (I wouldn't think that satellite time would be cheaper than a phone line, but maybe it's a really remote site?)

It doesn't sound like anything I recognize. Vaguely reminiscent of some of the more common pager data links, but quite a lot of data for a "remote" site needing pager service.. ;) A quick analysis reveals it's pretty clearly a 1200 baud signal, and a direct slice suggests a 7N2 byte framing. Except for an occasional binary walk (e.g. if ASCII, it would read ABCDEFGH...), can't make head nor tail of the actual payload. Don't really have the time to do much more right now.
