Apple+ to be added to Prime

This is really stupid -- streams through the Apple TV+ app have far better audio/visual fidelity than the Prime Video backend. Literally the best-in-class A/V quality of any of these streaming services.

I don't disagree, but that's not the point of the partnership.

I do wish I could force higher quality on Amazon's web player, it can be pretty lousy at times.

I'm watching Severance right now through the Roku Channel app. I'm not sure how/why the show is free, but I'm really enjoying it so far.

I use to use Prime for other streaming services. Then I would get offers from those services for highly discounted annual subscriptions. Prime was not able to offer those same discounts. Apple+ on an annual basis saves you 2 months cost. I got even better savings with annual Britbox and Acorn offers.

I have a Kindle Fire that I bring with me when I travel. If I lose it or it gets damaged it's no big deal. BUT. Since it's an Amazon device and not a real android tablet the full "Play" store is not available. So the Britbox app is excluded. Therefore if I want Britbox I have to buy it through the Amazon Prime app at full price.
