Arduino or other receiver boards /STBs for Ku band

Hi - does any one have any thoughts on how i could make / get a receiver for Ku signal and route the tuned and decoded MPEG2 / 4 signal to a TV and add another Ethernet port as a bonus to this receiver? so can get a hybrid experience.

Combining IP from ethernet together with a tuned signal from Ku - preferably where i can program source and display?

PS - will gladly accept any pointers for cheap RF receivers for Ku - preferably - with which i can work on?
