Are HD locals automatically added?

I noticed everything except the HD LIL channels being available in the guide. When I asked the CSR about them, she was clueless...so I told her the channel numbers and satellite location and by the time she returned to the phone they were there. I'm not completely sure she didn't have to do something since DC HD LIL has only been availabe for about a day or if it just took the HD LIL a little while longer to map. But at the very least, it was my experience that the HD LIL channels did not appear in the guide with the other DishHD channels.
