are the ones who don't get 61.5 a minority?

Just wondering here how many out there, whom, like me are not able to acces 61.5? Also, if all of us who don't get it write to their Ceo requesting they mirror those new HD channels on 148 if that will do any good.

Sent an email to ceo@chostar.com. With 30 min got a reply. but, I forgot to put my account info so they requested that. at least they replied to me right away.
