D* has been self branding all their new stuff for many months now. The others will still work until the day everyone is converted to MPEG4 years from now.
The D10 and its various incarnations are part of D*'s push for a standardized user interface. The various manufacturers are still involved except for HNS, which no longer manufactures set-tops, at least not for D*. The D10 is made by RCA, the D10-200 is made by Samsung, and the D10-300 is made by Philips.
