Arizona teacher on leave for taking students to HOOTERS

A female Arizona choir teacher is on leave for taking the High School students to HOOTERS to eat after a choral performance in downtown Phoenix.

What a bunch of BS !!

It's not like she took them to a strip club and made them all sit in the front row and get lap dances.

There was no mention of alcohol being served.

There were also several adults that weren't employees of the school district that went along on the trip.
It must not have bothered them.

I'm sure none of the students were traumatized by it.

The waitresses wear clothing, not much, but they are dressed.
The kids probably see just as much or more skin exposed on an average day at the local shopping mall.

Probably not the best judgement, but I don't see it as a big deal either. I remember when I was in high school on a field trip we had lunch in an area in ATL that had lots of restaraunts. Several of us went to the Hooters and there were no concerns at that time...

I like Hooters for some of the menu items as well as the girls, though in Ohio they dont tend to be as impressive as they are further south

My Ex wont let me take the boy there at all, even though its a common family restaurant and there are always families in there. She thinks its porn of some description.

As you say, the average visit to a mall shows a lot more, not to mention half the TV programs.
