Ask Dish why the new iPad offer doesn't apply to Puerto Rico

Before anyone says is because PR is a territory, Dish will make the offer available only if you place your
Order directly with them making this an unfair practice against retailers.So I wonder why?

Maybe it's Apple not Dish wanting it that way? It does seem Dish does not have a good handle on serving PR. (Yes, I know an understatement)

BS! The offer should apply to PR! AND a full slate of programming!

I really think PR should have full services. Guam, I can understand. But PR? Heck, it looks like Dish is preparing for Cuba more than PR!

I thought they said at Team Summit that Apple was only going to ship to the 50 states. This has more to do with Apple than Dish.
