AT&T Aquires some DISH Spectrum

Their marketing SUCKS.

Get rid of the boost name.

Say its a new company called Access and show why their 5G only service is better than everyone elses. I have heard Charlie say that his network is better then the others since it was built ground up for 5G. If thats the case, why does the service suck so bad? In doing speed tests on Tmobile, Verizon, Boost and AT&T and Boost and Verizon were the slowest of them all. (Verizon used to have a great network what happened?)

Boost should be the best.

Their marketing should be we are the Newest, we use the latest technology, we offer the best equipment and our speeds are unmatched.

I loved the commercial Charlie made, but it gave me no real reasons why I should switch from my current carrier to Boost. Why should I switch from TMobile to a slower network?

I wanted to get a tablet from boost a few months ago... and they wouldn't allow me to get one unless I also had a voice line. Sorry I don't want a voice line. Its hard to want to be a customer of a company that puts up roadblocks to keep you from becoming a customer.
I think you can do that now

For everyone else, I was installing a door counter at a Boost store today. They are very happy about this move.
The naysayers crying wolf need to stop and just wait to see what happens

There is a really big piece of this deal that nobody has mentioned. It really changes my thoughts on FCC approval..Might be easier than I thought

Echo Star deal

The announcement that AT\&T will acquire 50MHz of spectrum from EchoStar for \$23 billion represents the definitive end of the long-running attempt to maintain four nationwide wireless carriers in the United States. The deal, reportedly brokered under pressure from President Trump to prevent a politically damaging EchoStar bankruptcy, changes the structure of the US wireless industry permanently. It also highlights the challenges of sustaining competition in an industry where scale, spectrum, and capital are decisive factors.
