I have had dish 2yrs as of 5-1-2009 and looked at my bill on line and see

a 150.00 AT&T promotional termination fee....I got service thru ATT and am in

the corpus christi area,,,just upgraded to gold 250 last month and have had

HD package from day one.....

Anyone tell me what this fee is,,I don't have a clue what they are talking

about,,,,,thanx.....gunner44

the only way to get that fee is if you were on the ATT free dish for a year promo. this requires that you maintain a certain level of dsl and longdistance. make one change below that line, bam. you get hit with that fee. gotta keep it for like 2 years from start up date. they were giving you like credits of 37.99 a month for your first year on dish, right?

i didn't get any thing free for a year,,,,took 6 months to get the discount that dish
said they would offer,,,only thing i have done since upgrade to gold 250 was upgrade
to next higher speed internet,,,about ready to tell them to upgrade their whole
mess to there brown hole if they can find it...R u affiliated with either dish or att????

am going to call tomorrow,,,thanx for the response,,,,gunner44

sorry, not with att or dish. just a customer. . my brother though switchted to uverse a few months ago, and when he canceld his attdish for att uverse they hit him up with that fee.

promo termination fee FYI

Just got off phone with ATT and lady said anytime you make a change to
phone service computer generates such a bill,,,computer error or human
error,,,,,,problem was solved with a credit to the bill supposedly.....

Just a sign of the times the way our country is being run,,,gunner

Signal Strength is 35? Is that OK?
