At200

I have AT200 and can't get channel 831 (Telefutura) as advertised, I only get 830. Talked to DN and they are sending a technician over because they think it's a bad LNB.

Can somebody with AT200 check if you have channel 831? What transponder?

According to the Dish Channel Chart, 830 and 831 are the same channel except 830 is for Eastern and Central time zones while 831 is for Mountain and Pacific. You are not entitled for both.
