Audio not sync'd

I seem to have a lot of times when my audio is not in time with the peoples lips moving, does anyone else notice this? Right now Good Burger on HBO HD is like this, is there anyway to fix this problem? Is the problem on my end or is it the broadcast?

When I have that problem (which isn't very often), I just power off the receiver (either via remote or front panel) and wait about 20-30 seconds and turn it back on. It's always re-sync'd after that. It happens to me (maybe) once every 2-3 months, if even that often.

Try channel up-channel down before cycling power. Sometimes that will fix it.
