Audio problems on KDLH (Duluth, MN)

Anybody else that has Duluth, MN locals noticed recently that KDLH (7575 or 3) has a lower audio output than the rest of the locals?

Noticed this Sunday when I was watching NFL today.

Shot a e-mail to dishquality@echostar.com but wanted to see if any other Dish customers in the Duluth area noticed this?

All levels are the same...even got an e-mail
