Auto off issue

I have a Denon AVR-X3400H. Samsung KS8500 65" TV. And the Hopper 3. All three have HDMI control on. Up until the last few weeks. If I turned off any of the 3. All three would turn off. Now The Denon stays on only the other two shut down. Not the end of the world but kinda sucks. Any suggestions. Thanks

I have problems when I push the power button it turns on all 3 devices but often does nor recognize the external amplifier so the sound only comes out of the tv and it is loud and tinny sounding. I have to put the remote in A/V mode and turn the A/V receiver off and on again to get it to play out of the speakers as well as the tv. I just adapt.
