Autoplay Issues

This is a feature I have been using for years and have been frustrated with for quite some time now since the UI/H3 change. There are several threads already on autoplay issues, but they go back almost three years and are all unresolved.
  1. You cannot sort by episode to play the oldest first. For example, the Futurama movies were aired as four-part episodes. Autoplay will only play the episodes last-to-first. Not good for binge watching a series either.
  2. It will also only play what seems to be a maximum of two or three shows even though more are selected. It could have to do with if a show was previously watched or partially watched--something that should not matter.
  3. When autoplay 'completes', it displays a list of episodes of the same show, allowing you to select just a single show. The menu selections change for episodes based on if unplayed, played or partially played. An inconsistent UI can make for a bad UX. And not sure you should have 'Delete' as an option.
 
Good morning, rklimaszewski! We definitely understand your concern and feel your frustration. We have submitted your awesome feedback to our Engineering team! Have we tried to do a whole home reset, where all of the DISH receivers and then plug them back in to see if it resolves when it only plays the 2 or 3 episodes, to see if that fixes the issue? -- Jake B
