awesome repair...

so i get a repair order today fora 9000 installed less than 6 weeks ago. i arrive, disconnect the router, h/u to my pc. sqf-179, power word-35. 11 failed transmissions since installed. so i do the usual look at everything, verify proper ground, solid mount, blah blah blah. go back inside, run speedtests, 1500 down, 210 up, h/u to router. guess what, the router was never plugged in since the cx put it in, and then they wonder why it didnt work.
