Azteca 7 and Azteca 13 dead air on KU 93ºW

What bird is Azteca Trece on? I keep scanning it in with my new dish trying to find 97W. It scans in as service 2 at 12004v. I am scanning this in East of 101w.

Azteca 13 has been up for a couple of days they just make you rescan it ....
