Bad Audio on NATGEO HD and New HMC HD

I have been having bad audio with NATGEO HD for some time now, but have let it go since it was only one channel. But now, HMC HD was lit up today and it is doing the same thing. Only these two channels exhibit the problem.

I have a optical fiber audio cable hooked up from my 622 to my audio receiver and the DOLBY Digital is displayed with these channels (as with all my HD channels).

The audio basically chops about every second (on these two channels only) making them useless.

My 625 receiver picks up the SD versions of these two channels just fine.

Any ideas?

Well, played around a little more. Those two channels will not pass audio using Dolby 5.1 function on my audio receiver, but when I switch to Virtual, I get sound (but not Dolby!). This behavior only applies to NatGeo HD and the new HMC HD channels. What is puzzling, is that NATGEO worked just fine for a few months before the audio when to pot.

Think the issue is with the 622?
