BD Live problems

I cannot access BD live on my Tropic Thunder Bluray. It downloads about 25% and then freezes and then goes to the main screen after 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem?

What player do you have? Is the firmware up to date?

Sony BDP-S550 and it tells me it's updated when I go to network update. I checked again today and it did the same thing. I was able to access Dark Knight with no problem last week. Unfortunately I lent it out and do not have it to see if it will work.
