I have Bell ExpressVu satellite TV for more than 6 months, but about three months ago, I lost signals on TP 3,7,9,11,17,21,23,25, as it seems they are now on Nimiq3. But that is something I don't understand. I thought there are only Nimiq 1 at 91 degree and Nimiq 2 at 82 degree. What to do to get the signals from Nimiq 3. I heard that Bell EV did somethign so all these TP are lost forever?
BTW, I live in LA, Ca. Will Star Choice be better choice?

Can someone help?

Thanks a lot.

Bell is borrowing a satellite (N3) from Directv for use at 91. It is helping to fill in for the ailing N1 by running half the transponders (the ones you listed). Due to the smaller footprint of N3, Southern California is SOL on getting those transponders. You best hope indeed is StarChoice. Their footprint easily covers all of CONUS.
