Bell TV programming/package advice

Maybe I'm missing something on their website, but I'm a bit confused with my options for Bell TV's HD offering of packages. I'm hoping someone with Bell TV/ExpressVu can help me out. Here's what I need to get:

CBC in HD
TSN in HD
Rogers SportsNet in HD
LeafsTV in HD
time shift the US Nets in HD

Given my requirements, I think I've got two options:

#1: HD Build Your Own
Digital Essentials w/US time shift enabled
Sports 1 Theme Pack
LeafsTV as a $4 pick-and-pay channel
Add HD Packs?

#2: HD Essentials
Digital Essentials w/US time shift
Sports 1 Theme Pack
Sports 2 Theme Pack (or LeafsTV as a $3 pick-and-pay)
then three or four more Theme Packs I don't want.
HD Packs?


Do I have to pay anything extra for the HD versions for either/both options? I'm unclear what I need to get the HD versions based on both options above, and any other "hidden" costs I'm missing.
