Best way to add a 211 to existing account?

I currently have a 622 leased from Dish. I want to add a 211 for another room. I can't really tell from the Dish site what the options are. I did see a section that said there was an additional STB charge of $6 and a HD programming enabling fee of $6, so I'm guessing that's a total of $12 a month for the 211?

If I purchase the 211 outright, do I save that first $6 fee?

To add a rented/leased 211 what's the cost?

Installation will be done by me. If I understand correctly, all I need to do is plug it into a open outlet on my existing DP44.

Okay, thanks. Am I correct on my hookup scenario? An open port on the DP44?
