Best way to contact DISH

I am wondering what the best way to send in request for changes to the Hopper system is? I know alot of the "contact us" forms go nowhere and get lost in the system. So how do we get direct to the people that program the Hopper?

Best bet is to conect a member of the DIRT Team here at SatelliteGuys!

DIRT stands for the DISH INTERNET RESPONSE TEAM.

If you go to http://www.satelliteguys.us/forum.php then go to the bottom you can see whos online. The DIRT members will be the ones who are colored RED. Click on their name then click on Send a Private Message.

The DIRT folks are here to help out SatelliteGuys members with any DISH issue.
