Ok , I've dismantled my 10' c/ku dish.
I have another 10' c-band dish.

I'm considering dismantling the c-band dish and cleaning it
up some and wiring the c/ku mesh to the panals of the C-band dish.
Any ideas on wire to do this? Is this feasible at all?

The c-band dish mesh holes don't look all that big compared to
the c/ku mesh. Is it possible that I don't have to go through
this provedure to get KU on the c-band dish.

Thanks for any help.

Take a pencil, and put the point thru one of the holes in the mesh. If it stops before the whole diameter of the pencil goes thru, then the mesh is fine for Ku. Wiring the other mesh on, will be a total PITA as it will be wavy and won't reflect signal very good.

Thank you for responding Eurosport84.
Yes I guess I would have that problem.
Anyway the dish is now up and I have to install
the lnb, connect the wires and align the dish.
Seems the mesh is small enough for C and KU.

I am also in the North of your state. Tried to send
you an email but couldn't figure out how to do it.
