I just got my bill after upgrade was done and they have charged me $59.95 for the Dish 500 when I were told it will be free of charge Is there anyway I can dump Dish Network without paying contract fee?

Well they have refused to do so,but I have managed to get $39 credited to my account.

When you call them, make sure you have a set of balls to set the person you speak with straight. If you were told something, agreed to have something, or promised to have something done, and they or whoever is licensed through them to perform that task do not complete it as promised, then that agreed promise should be done. No if, ands, or buts. They record every call and they can go back to replay that entire original telephone call. Remember, every time you speak with someone from dish, you get a recording that states that the telephone call will be recorded. Remember that and understand that can be used in your favor.
