Does DISH bill on the same day for everyone or is it based on when you signed up? Also, is it possible to change the billing cycle?
 
It is based on the time that you signed up for service. It is NOT possible to change the billing cycle. Just wait to start your service on a day that you will be able to pay your bill each month. You DO have a grace period.
