birddog sat meter

i guy where i work is selling a birddog meter for 100 bucks, it needs a battery. a battery is around 50 isnt it? finding sats would be alot easier with this. i have been using a sat finder! the only reasing they are good for dishnet is because all you can get are the echo sats with the little dish. the bird would be for aligning my bud and finding my ku sats on the primestar. they are easy to program, right?

If it is a working meter (with the new battery), then you have a bargain.

Check which f/w version it is. Common used version is the 2.5. Latest selling version is 3.0

If it is older than 2.5, contact support to verify what data is available for your meter.
