It's concerning that the tech mixed up accounts and then asked for reimbursement outside of proper channels. I'd recommend contacting Dish's customer support to resolve this.

Also I've been trying to pay my bill online for two days at mydish dotcom
I get this when I click "Pay My Bill"

Are you trying to pay in the chrome browser? I had the same problem. I tried in another browser and the payment went through with no problem.

Using Firefox at mydotdishdotcom. Second attempt went through. A strange thing happened a few months ago when paying. After logging in it said I need to submit a new payment method even though I've been using the same for 5 years. Tech fart I guess. I was concerned since they've been hacked before.

Dish CS is involved. I would never wish someone lose their job but this was a major fiasco directly due to tech's poor judgement and decision making.

If the tech was being dishonest with his customer as well as his employer maybe he deserves to lose his job.

While i never wish anyone to lose there job. I have to agree... If an employee is being dishonest with the customer and the employer that don't look good for the employer and word gets around fast

I have to think it's like a total revolving door as far as the techs. They hire on and see how long they can either take it or until canned
