Blue and yellow Dish cards

What is the difference between the blue and yellow cards for DISH? Thanks.

Yellow cards are replacing the blue cards as they have an improved security system. In a few months blue cards wil stop working all together.

When you get your yellow card from Dish you should install it ASAP to avoid loss of programming.
