Blue Highways TV reverse decision already?

They were meant to be changing their programming to sitcoms like Ellen, spin city etc. But now looking at the schedule it seems they are showing the same music programs again. Have they reversed their decision already?

The guide data is wrong. I happen to notice that yesterday but when i put blue highways on, it was showing a movie with the "Laff" logo in the corner
