Bluefield/Beckley WV locals

Does anyone know when the launch date for the Bluefield/Beckley WV locals will occur on DNS. I saw on Direct tv's website they were planning on launching theirs September 09. On an earlier forum I had seen where DNS were already in the testing phase.

Sounds to me like Directv got on the ball after hearing Dish was going to add the locals to try to prevent from losing the customers in that area.
