Bluetooth headset

I want to get a headset so I can talk to one of my friends on my PS3. Well I saw Gamestops website had a Mad Catz you could pre order and it said it would also work with cell phones and PDA's and looks just like one of the ones for a cell phone. Well this got me thinking. Will my Motorola headset I have for my phone work with my PS3?

Yeah it worked sort of. It worked but it seemed like when I turned the headset off then went to reconnect I'd have to re register it as a bluetooth device or it wouldn't work. The PS3 would list it still but it would be grayed out like it wasn't connected. I don't know what the deal was. It works I just have to reset it up everytime.
