I have a Cootree blue tooth device that I paired to the dish hopper. Audio to the device only lasts a minute or so and then the device gets disconnected from the dish. The techs at dish remoted in to see what was going on. I was instructed to unplug the tv and the receiver and turn off the blue tooth then reconnect everything and pair the device again. Did all that with the same results....bluetooth disconnected. Techs say the problem is with the tv and blue tooth not the receiver. Any suggestions? I use my blue tooth with other devices and have never had this happen.

Be aware that the "problem" with your equipment (not their) is the same for most Bluetooth devices. Otherwords, it is the Hopper. I tried to get fixes for the same issue that was happing with multiple TV / soundbars and somehow it is always my equipment not theirs.
