Boston locals in Plattsburgh/Burlington market

Im brand new to direct tv, its being installed Tuesday. I have one question. Is it possible for me to recieve the Boston locals in HD or SD if I am located in Plattsburgh NY in the Burlington/Plattsburgh market. A friend is doing the install and said he thinks the Boston locals in HD will be ok. We have a service address in Boston with the bills being payed in Plattsburgh
