Both My Boxes Are Wacked

One box has as SSQ 95 and cant pick up a single channel

the other has a SSQ of 0 and a SSP of 100 and SNR of 0, but all my channels are wrong and only receiving 70% of the all of the channels

rebooted both boxes with no change

I did, now I have "call 1800GETVOOM to upgrade my subscription" on all channels. (for the channel less STB, can't get to second STB) oh well, good thing I still have cable.
