Bought Road to Wreslemainia Package, Now it wants me to buy the PPV again!

Folks,

I bought the Road to wreslemainia package. It included all three ppv's The rumble, No way out and wrestlemainia. More info here. DIRECTV: WWE Road to WrestleMania


Now this morning when I tune to the channel instead of saying authorized like how it did for the past two PPV's, it wants me to purchase the program for 64.95. Is anyone having the same issue. I wonder if Directv forgot to activate us.

Update: Called directv, the lady says that it's suppose to show up an hour before wich never happened before. Its allways said event authroized. I asked the lady if someone orders it twice, then thats going to cause an issue as they are getting double billed. The lady wouldnt escleate it any further other than saying that they are aware of the issue and that it will be fixed an hour before the event (ya right).

Well its an hour before the program starts and nothing has changed. On the phone with directv now.

Directv has no clue.. They are sending a hit to my reciver, and they see the package on my account but they have no clue why its not saying that im authorized for this event.

Now I have been hungup on.. Dude put me on hold to see what the issue was and hung up on me

Now the lady CSR on the phone says I dont have it, (you better look on my january Bill) THen she abruply transfers me to another CSR. This ones now looking.. Yikes

This CSR is adding it to the account and trying to credit my account for the event, but it wont let her as it says my access card allready has it.... My recivers are still wanting me to purchase it.

Transfering to a higher technical support, Geesh.

Advanced support is now telling me to go ahead and purchase it on my reciver and if I get double billed they willl credit me, as they had another coustmer call earlyer and was gettign a 734 message, Mine is just telling me to buy it. This is way beyond what any coustmer should have to go through. Directv you need to work on your coustomer support and because this is not JD power worthy thats for shure. With all the technical gliches going on, you would think that directv would know what they are doing, after all they have been in the dbs buisness for over 12 years. Between program guide issues and not getting packages right. I really wonder what is going on at the technical operations at directv.

Bob just had me dial into his Slingbox.

He can't even purchase it, it says "purchase this event for $0.00?" he says yes and it comes back saying
Cannot process order. The again or call Customer Service (742)

Something is FUBAR.

Well one of the Tv's were on, The other one I had to go and purchase the program for a third time. At times it would say to buy it for 64.95, or I could Buy it for 0.00, and then it would throw an error 742. I really wish directv would get their system straightend out when it comes to technical issues like this as they are the only provider having these issues.

Might I mention that this is some of the BEST PQ I have ever seen coming from a wwe event other than being there live and seeing the greatest pq on the titan tron!

Yea I had to wait for the actual event to come on and then I had to repurchase it for a third time for 64.95. So, I should now see two charges for 64.95 as I had to do that twice, once for each receiver that I wanted to view the ppv on. Im watching in the living room with my cousins, and my wife and daughter are watching in the bedroom.

While I love Directv, I am dissapointed in the process that I had to take with his package. I shouldn't of had to go through this, they should of had all of my recivers authorized as of this morning.
