Copying files from hr22 to another receiver

I have two hr22s, and two hr 20s. I am interested in moving some of my recorded shows from one dvr to another. Does anyone know how to do this?

No can do - best you can do is copy to a DVD or VCR via video outputs...

Or using BlackMagic card capture HDMI output to your PC for editing, etc. In HD btw.
