Broken LNBF, please advise

Hi,

I have bougth this Digiwave LNBF (please, see below) with my FTA kit,
unfortunately when I have unscrew the RG6 cable out of the LNBF the Female connector of the cable unscrew also the male connector of the LNBF.

I know the LNBF are scealed and will need to be resoldered.

Can it be fixed or better, I have bougth it just a week ago, do you think there is some kind of warranty to replace it?

Regis, where did you buy it from?
If you bought it new you should get in touch with wherever you bought it from and ask for a replacement or refund.

If I were you I wouldn't try a repair, you'll void the warranty.

can you screw the end back in?

I have a couple dual LNB's that did the same thing and I thought it was dead. But if I screwed the end back in it worked fine.
