Bug:Dish Remote Access:My receiver's Nick Name keeps getting removed

Is anyone else experience this?

When I log into Remote Access the R00# of my receiver is displayed instead of it Nick Name.

When I go to preferences, put the Nick Name back it show up, UNTIL I log in again.

No matter how many time i change it, it keeps reverting back to the R00#

I do that and it still gets removed...from the receiver as well.

If I put it back...either on the receiver or from the web...and it only stays as long as the next log on and off.

my 622 does the same thing

I have a 722 and two 622's that keep all their nicks...

Huh, when I signed up I had the same problem with one of my 722k boxes. Entering the name in the menu on the box fixed the problem for me.
