Do you have the feedhorn cover? If not, then you don't need this part. Otherwise, I've seen some people fabricate them using some sort of bucket lid before. Otherwise, you'll have to look for someone who has a spare, or order a whole new feedhorn cover, as I doubt they sell the two parts separately (as they are probably not 100% interchangeable due to size variations in manufacturing them for different vendors)

On mine the feedhorn arms connect directly to the feedhorn. There are holes in the scaler ring around the feedhorn for the arms to attach to. This is the way mine has always been.
